Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Sixth Sense Picks iOS application. By downloading, accessing, or using Sixth Sense Picks, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility and lawful use

You must be legally permitted to use Sixth Sense Picks. The app itself does not sell lottery tickets, accept wagers, or award prizes. If you choose to purchase or play lottery tickets outside the app, you are responsible for complying with the minimum legal age and all other laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

3. Entertainment and experimental purpose

Sixth Sense Picks is an entertainment and experimental number-selection tool inspired by Associative Remote Viewing. It is not financial advice, gambling advice, or a lottery service.

4. No prediction or winning guarantee

Lottery drawings are random and chance-based. Sixth Sense Picks does not predict winning numbers, guarantee winnings, or improve your mathematical odds of winning. Past selections, drawings, matches, or results do not indicate future outcomes.

5. No ticket sales, wagers, or prizes

Sixth Sense Picks does not sell lottery tickets, accept wagers, collect lottery entry fees, conduct lottery drawings, or award prizes. If you choose to play a lottery, you do so separately through an authorized lottery channel and at your own discretion. Set a budget, spend only what you can afford to lose, and play responsibly.

6. Official lottery rules and results

You are responsible for checking tickets, eligibility requirements, deadlines, game rules, winning numbers, and prize claims with the applicable official lottery. Official lottery rules and certified results control if there is any discrepancy with information shown in Sixth Sense Picks.

7. No affiliation or endorsement

Sixth Sense Picks is independently developed and operated by Quantum Information Consulting, LLC. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or operated by Powerball, Mega Millions, the Multi-State Lottery Association (MUSL), any participating lottery, the New York Lottery, or Apple.

8. Third-party and public data

Lottery-result information may be obtained from public third-party sources, including NY Open Data. Quantum Information Consulting, LLC does not control those sources and does not guarantee that their data or availability will be complete, accurate, current, or uninterrupted. Third-party services and data remain subject to their own terms. Always verify official results and rules with the applicable lottery.

9. User content and local storage

Your drawings, selections, saved history, and related app data are primarily stored locally on your device. The current app has no account or login system, cloud synchronization, or developer-operated backend that collects this content. You are responsible for content you create and for maintaining access to your device and local data. As between you and Quantum Information Consulting, LLC, you retain any rights you may have in original drawings you create.

10. Intellectual property

The Sixth Sense Picks software, original artwork, design, and original content are owned by or licensed to Quantum Information Consulting, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for its intended purpose.

Powerball, Mega Millions, lottery-operator names and marks, Apple names and marks, and public third-party data are not owned by Quantum Information Consulting, LLC. Rights in those names, marks, and data belong to their respective owners or providers.

11. Acceptable use

Do not use Sixth Sense Picks to break the law, infringe another person's rights, disrupt or damage the app or related services, bypass security or access controls, introduce malicious code, misuse third-party data services, or misrepresent the app as an official lottery product. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.

12. App Store purchases

Sixth Sense Picks may be offered for purchase through Apple's App Store. Purchases, billing, refunds, and other App Store transactions are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies. Sixth Sense Picks does not currently provide an in-app subscription purchase flow.

13. Service availability and changes

The app and its third-party result sources may be unavailable, delayed, interrupted, or changed. Quantum Information Consulting, LLC may update, modify, or remove app features or stop offering the app. No particular feature, data source, result, or level of availability is guaranteed.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sixth Sense Picks is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Quantum Information Consulting, LLC does not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or accurate, or that using it will produce any particular lottery result. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.

15. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Quantum Information Consulting, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, opportunities, winnings, profits, or use arising from or related to Sixth Sense Picks. Quantum Information Consulting, LLC is not responsible for lottery purchases, losses, missed deadlines, prize claims, or decisions made using app selections or result information. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.

16. Suspension or discontinuation

The current app has no user account to suspend. Quantum Information Consulting, LLC may stop distributing, supporting, or operating the app or related features, or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security, legal, or operational concerns.

17. Privacy Policy

The Sixth Sense Picks Privacy Policy explains current data practices. The current app primarily stores its data locally on your device. These Terms do not replace the Privacy Policy.

18. Changes to these Terms

Quantum Information Consulting, LLC may update these Terms when the app, its services, or applicable requirements change. The effective date will be updated when revised Terms take effect. Your continued use after revised Terms become effective means you accept them, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

19. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent a dispute is permitted to be brought in court, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
